Team-Building in the Woods
Structured outdoor team development in our private woodland.
Step away from the office and into our private woodland on the Llanforda Estate — a calm environment designed to encourage collaboration, reflection and practical teamwork.
Suitable for leadership teams, SMEs and established organisations seeking focused, practical team development.
Purposeful Outdoor Team Development
Our sessions are carefully structured to develop:
Clear communication
Collaborative problem-solving
Shared leadership
Trust and accountability
Decision-making under pressure
Activities are practical and designed to surface real team dynamics in a supportive setting.
This is not a survival course.
It is structured team development delivered outdoors.
What Happens on the Day
Your team is welcomed to our private woodland, where instructors outline the structure of the session and the objectives for the day.
Activities may include:
Collaborative navigation challenges
Group problem-solving scenarios
Shelter building tasks with defined leadership roles
Fire-based challenges requiring coordination and planning
Structured reflection and facilitated debrief discussions
Each task is followed by guided reflection, allowing teams to explore:
What worked
Where communication broke down
How leadership emerged
How lessons transfer back to the workplace
Sessions are paced to allow space for both challenge and reflection.
What Your Team Will Gain
Improved clarity in communication
Stronger collaboration across roles
Greater confidence in decision-making
Renewed trust and shared responsibility
A sense of shared achievement
The woodland environment removes distraction and hierarchy, allowing teams to engage openly and constructively.
