PARTY OVERVIEW
We run adventurous, hands-on outdoor birthday parties designed to get kids active, build real skills, and create unforgettable memories. Depending on what your child loves most, you can choose between a woodland bushcraft experience on the Llanforda Estate or target archery at Treflach Farm.
CHOOSE YOUR PARTY THEME
Option 1: Woodland Bushcraft Adventure (Ages 7+) — Llanforda Estate
Set entirely within our private woodland. Kids build team shelters, master wilderness survival skills, and learn safe fire-lighting using traditional flint and steel. The session finishes around the campfire with a hot cooked meal and toasted marshmallows.
Option 2: Target Archery Challenge (Ages 8+) — Treflach Farm [NEW FOR 2027]
Hosted at our dedicated target base at Treflach Farm. Children learn stance, loading, and precision shooting from qualified instructors. Includes skill challenges, mini-competitions, and balloon pops, followed by campfire food and toasted marshmallows over the fire pit.

Party Times & Seasonality
Operating Months: Birthday parties run seasonally from April through October.
Time Slots: Morning (10:00 – 13:30) or Afternoon (15:30 – 19:00). Runs 7 days a week, apart from bank holidays.
What to Bring & Dress Code
Clothing: Sturdy outdoor footwear (boots or old trainers), warm layers, and waterproofs if rain is forecast.
Extras: A refillable water bottle and a birthday cake if you'd like to bring one along!

What are the age requirements for birthday parties?
Bushcraft adventures are suitable for children aged 7 and up, while Target Archery challenges require participants to be aged 8 and up.
Do parents need to stay for the party?
No, our parties are structured as a drop-off experience so children can fully engage in the team challenges. Every session is led by at least two experienced, DBS-checked instructors. Parents are welcome to drop off and return at pick-up time.
Do parties run in all weather conditions?
Yes! We run in most weather conditions as being outdoors is part of the experience. In the event of extreme weather where safety is compromised (such as high winds), I will contact you in advance to discuss alternative options.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
Yes! You are very welcome to bring a birthday cake, which we can bring out after our campfire meal.
How do we secure a date?
Simply fill in the availability enquiry form above with your target date, theme preference, and estimated guest numbers. I will check the calendar and send over confirmation details to hold your date with a £50 deposit.
