Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of physical gift vouchers and physical products sold by Woodland Roots Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing from Woodland Roots Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Woodland Roots Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

Physical Gift Vouchers

Validity

Physical gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Physical gift vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period; expired vouchers will not be accepted.

Woodland Roots Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of physical gift vouchers.

Redemption

Physical gift vouchers can be redeemed against eligible Woodland Roots Ltd courses listed on our website.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Physical gift vouchers can only be used for a single transaction. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.

To redeem a physical gift voucher, enter the voucher code at the time of booking online.

Booking

Courses are subject to availability. Early booking is recommended to secure a place.

Physical gift vouchers can be used to pay for part or all of a course fee. Any outstanding balance must be paid at the time of booking.

Woodland Roots Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, alternative dates will be offered, or a refund may be provided at the discretion of Woodland Roots Ltd.

Transferability

Physical gift vouchers are transferable and can be gifted to others.

The person redeeming the voucher must meet any course-specific requirements.

Vouchers cannot be transferred once they have been redeemed against a booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel a booking made with a physical gift voucher, please notify us at least 4 weeks before the course date.

Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the course date will not be eligible for rescheduling.

In the event of a valid cancellation, the voucher will be reactivated for future use, provided it is still within its validity period and notice requirements are met.

Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 4 weeks before the course date, subject to availability.

Physical Products

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all descriptions, images, and details of our physical products are accurate.

Colours and materials may vary slightly due to natural variations or screen differences.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw or replace items at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Woodland Roots Ltd reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product details before or after an order has been placed.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Physical products and gift vouchers will be dispatched using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Standard delivery charges apply unless otherwise stated.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

Woodland Roots Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.

We may offer a replacement, repair, or alternative resolution at our discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Customer Responsibilities

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring all details provided during the purchase are accurate, including recipient name, address, and contact information.

The recipient is responsible for safekeeping and use of the product or voucher.

Woodland Roots Ltd is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided during checkout.
