These Store Terms are separate from, but complementary to, our Courses & Training Terms and Conditions.

5. Gift Vouchers

Validity

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise

  • Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period; expired vouchers cannot be accepted

  • Woodland Roots Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers

Redemption

  • Gift vouchers can be redeemed against eligible Woodland Roots Ltd courses or products as stated on the voucher or product page

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded

  • Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; any remaining balance will be forfeited

  • Voucher codes must be entered at checkout or at the point of booking

Transferability

  • Gift vouchers may be gifted to another person prior to redemption

  • The person redeeming the voucher must meet any course- or product-specific requirements

  • Vouchers cannot be transferred once redeemed against a booking or order

Cancellations Using Gift Vouchers

  • If a course booking made using a gift voucher is cancelled in line with the applicable cancellation terms, the voucher may be reactivated provided it is still within its validity period

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are shown clearly at checkout and are detailed on our Store Delivery Information page.

  • Dispatch times vary by product and will be stated on the product page

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal or courier delays

Woodland Roots Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

7. Remote and Rural Deliveries

Some remote or rural locations may experience longer delivery times. If we are unable to deliver to your address using the selected method, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss alternatives.

8. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@woodlandroots.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, providing:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs where appropriate

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with UK consumer law and our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

Please note:

  • Some items (such as personalised or made-to-order products) may not be eligible for return unless faulty

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable

You are responsible for ensuring that all order details provided at checkout are accurate, including delivery address and contact information.

Woodland Roots Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied at the time of purchase.
