OVERVIEW
We deliver structured, highly engaging outdoor learning, bushcraft, archery, and emergency skills training tailored to mainstream schools, specialist units, and alternative provision settings. Whether you want to embed a long-term progressive curriculum across your school or book a high-impact enrichment day to celebrate pupil milestones, we provide safe, structured, and expertly managed sessions.
Our core outdoor learning pathways utilise the Wild Passport curriculum framework. We progressively build pupil confidence across five core skill areas: Woodcraft, Shelter, Fire, Nature, and Rope. Every learner can track their individual progress through their own passport, making skill development visible, rewarding, and easy for schools to report on. We also offer target archery modules—a fantastic tool for building focus, breath control, and emotional regulation, as well as providing memorable curriculum enrichment. We do all the heavy lifting—from full risk assessments to specialised gear—so your teaching staff can focus purely on supporting their pupils.
PROGRAMME OPTIONS
Bushcraft & Archery Enrichment Sessions: Experiences combining hands-on woodland skills with target archery challenges (Archery suitable for ages 8+). Perfect for curriculum enrichment, team-building, or end-of-term celebrations. Hosted at Treflach Farm, our private woodland on the Llanforda Estate, or delivered directly within suitable school grounds.
Multi-Week Progression Blocks (Wild Passport Curriculum): Structured 6-to-12 week outdoor education programmes designed for a specific class or target cohort. Utilising the Wild Passport framework, pupils build practical bushcraft skills, confidence, and emotional resilience step-by-step while earning tangible progress markers across five key skill areas.
Dedicated Alternative Provision (AP): Long-term, small-group outdoor intervention designed to support vulnerable pupils, build emotional regulation, re-engage learners with education, and target specific SEMH objectives through practical woodland tasks and focus-building archery.
Mini Medics First Aid Workshops: Fun, practical 3-hour emergency first aid workshops specifically designed for children aged 8–11. Delivered directly at your school, giving pupils the tools and confidence to handle real-life emergencies (CPR, recovery position, AED awareness, choking, and minor bleeding) without scary medical jargon.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are sessions linked to the national curriculum?
Yes. Our core bushcraft and progression pathways support personal development, teamwork, problem-solving, and practical, hands-on learning aligned with curriculum targets in D&T, Physical Education, Geography, and Science.
What is the Wild Passport curriculum?
The Wild Passport is a structured, progressive outdoor skill framework covering Woodcraft, Shelter, Fire, Nature, and Rope. It allows us to track each pupil's individual skill development over multi-week or termly blocks, giving schools a clear, measurable record of progression that links directly to personal development and curriculum learning.
How does target archery fit into school bookings?
We offer archery primarily as an engaging enrichment session, special event, or focus-building module. It is a fantastic way to develop focus, breath control, and self-regulation while providing pupils with a memorable outdoor activity experience.
What age groups do you work with?
We work with primary and secondary pupils (typically ages 5–16). Activities and safety protocols are carefully adapted to suit age, confidence levels, and developmental needs.
How large can groups be?
We deliver to small nurture cohorts (4–6 pupils), standard full classes, and whole year groups (delivered in rotation across stations where appropriate). Group size is discussed during initial consultation to ensure suitable session structure and instructor coverage.
Can sessions be delivered on our school grounds?
Yes. We frequently adapt bushcraft, firecraft, tool use, Mini Medics, and mobile target archery ranges to work safely within school fields or outdoor spaces.
Do sessions run in all weather?
Yes — outdoor learning continues in most conditions! We set up group tarps and campfire shelters to keep pupils dry during woodland sessions. In the event of extreme weather where safety is compromised (such as high gales), I will contact you in advance to reschedule.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on session length, group size, location, and whether you're booking a one-off enrichment day, a multi-week block, or an ongoing Alternative Provision placement. We provide clear, structured, and transparent proposal quotes tailored directly to your school's budget.
