OVERVIEW
We specialise in bringing high-energy, professionally facilitated outdoor experiences directly to your event location.
Whether you’re organising a community festival, a corporate family day, a country show, or a private celebration, we transform green spaces, fields, and venue grounds into safe, engaging activity zones. From mobile target archery ranges to hands-on primitive fire-lighting, we manage the entire setup, facilitation, safety controls, and pack-down so you can focus on running your event.
CHOOSE YOUR EVENT ACTIVITIES
We supply all specialist equipment, safety netting, targets, and workshop tools to deliver your choice of activities:
Mobile Target Archery Range: A pop-up target archery range featuring full safety netting, bows, and targets. Guided by experienced instructors, it’s a huge draw for high-footfall events, offering structured scoring or quick "have-a-go" sessions for ages 8+.
Firecraft Ignition Stations: Hands-on spark-striking and primitive fire science. Participants learn how to handle fire steels safely and create fire without matches under instructor supervision.
Shelter Building & Team Challenges: Interactive ground-based tasks using tarps, ropes, and natural poles—ideal for structured group rotations or youth festival zones.
Bushcraft Skills Tasters: Safe tool demonstrations, cordage making, and traditional wilderness craft tailored to your event schedule.
FLEXIBLE EVENT FORMATS
Structured Workshops (e.g., 90-Minute Blocks): Focused, hands-on sessions for registered participant groups or scheduled breakouts. Ideal for school enrichment days, club gatherings, or corporate break-out sessions.
Drop-In Activity Zones (Half-Day or Full-Day): Continuous, open-access delivery designed to manage steady footfall. Perfect for public shows, festivals, open days, and community fairs where visitors join in throughout the day.
Multi-Activity Event Hubs: Combine archery ranges, bushcraft zones, and team challenges across a full-day site footprint for large-scale public or corporate events.

Safety & Compliance: We provide full venue risk assessments, insurance certificates, and safety briefing documents prior to event day.
Frequently Asked Questions
What space do you need to set up a mobile archery range?
We require a clear, flat outdoor area (ideally grass) roughly 40m long by 10m wide. We supply heavy-duty archery backstop netting to ensure arrows remain safely contained within the shooting boundary.
Do you provide all equipment and shelters?
Yes! We bring all bows, targets, safety gear, fire steels, tools, and heavy-duty pop-up tarps/shelters. You don't need to supply any specialist activity kit.
How far do you travel for mobile event delivery?
We regularly travel throughout Shropshire, Mid and North-Wales, Cheshire, and the West Midlands. Travel and setup logistics are calculated and transparently detailed in your custom event quote.
What happens if it rains during our festival or event?
Our activities run in most outdoor weather conditions. We bring mobile shelters and heavy-duty group tarps to keep activity zones dry and operational during rain.
Can you handle high-footfall public events?
Yes. For drop-in activity zones, we structure continuous rotation systems so visitors can participate safely without long wait times, supported by additional instructors for larger crowds
